Taking Instructions
We take the time to understand your requirements, concerns and priorities and how we can help you. Initially we can talk to you over the phone if you prefer and once we have a clear idea of what you need and if you choose to go ahead we always meet our clients in person and take full instructions and give you a plan of action.
UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOU NEED
Your Options
Once we have taken detailed instructions from you and understand your needs, we will give you a clear survey of your options and our recommendations of how you could proceed and the implications involved. We tailor all our advice so you can be assured that our advice is specific to your needs.
You will be given a clear estimate of costs of different options (if that applies) and we will never exceed those estimates unless you ask us to provide additional services.
If your requirements change, don't worry, we can adapt and we will do our best to keep as close to the original timescales as possible.

We always work to the highest quality and we will take the time to make sure you understand and are happy with our services and that they meet your needs. All our work is internally quality checked by qualified professionals according to the most update regulations.
We commit to our timescales fully and whilst we can't guarantee how quickly other bodies (e.g. public bodies) will respond, we always will. We will never exceed the cost estimates for work done, unless you need additional matters attended to and we will keep you fully informed as matters progress and you can check in with us as often as you require.
